How to use the degree programme advisory service
With this form, you can inform yourself step by step about the structure and requirements of your degree programme. For instance, you can look up which modules you are required to study, how many credit points are envisaged, which coursework and examination requirements must be fulfilled, and which organisational or formal requirements are to be observed.
First, select your degree programme. In doing so, please pay particular attention to the specified examination regulations (Prüfungsordnung, PO). The same degree programme may be studied under different examination regulations; depending on when you began your studies, different provisions may therefore apply to you. Designations such as „B01“, „M03“ or „L2_127_18“ are internal identifiers and serve primarily to ensure unambiguous assignment.
Once you have selected your degree programme, further selection options will be displayed to you. With these, you can progressively narrow down the information and specifically access the structure of your studies, individual modules, credit points, courses, as well as coursework and examination requirements.
This presentation serves as an orientation for you and is intended to provide a clear overview of the often complex study and examination regulations. Legally binding are the respective regulations of the University of Münster currently in force. For questions concerning recognitions, changes of degree programme, individual study progressions, or other special cases, you should additionally contact the responsible student advisory service or the Service Office.
Note: If you do not know under which examination regulations you are studying, please check your enrolment documents or enquire with the responsible student advisory service.
